(674k) ImageShop32 contains many good routines for those interested in
image manipulation and capture. It uses the Intel library for JPG's and supports Twain
compliant image capture. Some of the image manipulation techniques are,
Brightness/Contrast, Tint/Saturation, Red/Green/Blue, Flip, Sharpen, Blur, Emboss. Image
conversions from one bit depth to another - 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit. A very good
contribution.
